to local resources to help maintain their recovery. Through our
app’s onboarding process or support specialist dashboard, a
directory of verified resources are available to meet their needs.

below to add your resource to our network.
Accepted resources include, but are not limited to,
community-based organizations focusing on substance use resources,
recovery houses (sober living, transitional housing, etc.), SUD
outpatient programs, employment programs, and support groups.
If you have multiple resources or locations, please add the
headquarters information and when we touch base with you, provide
the additional information.
After you submit the form, our team will review the information. We will send an email confirming your information and possibly schedule a meeting. Once added to our platform, you will receive an email.
